During a string of double down losses, I can simulate passing off half (portion) of a double down to another bet on a loss
to offset a long bad streak but at that point, on the next roll, if one bet wins and the other loses,
how do I get one to start over and the other to continue to double down in this simulation?

What happens now in the simulation is upon one of the two bets winning,
both go back to step one verses only the winner and the loser continuing to double down?
I appreciate your help :)

I appreciate your help:)

Lets say you bet two dozens, 1 and 2.
You lost some consecutive times.
Then dozen 1 comes up.
On this point, you want to stop progressing on 1,
but still raise the bets at 2 (until it shows up).

If I understood this right, you need two components of the roulette simulator:
- factorized bets
- on field win

1. Step: you bet the two dozens, fixed amount: 1, on win: this, on loss: below
2. Step: the two dozens, factor x 2 as amount, on win: this (doesn't work cause of field win is prioritized), on loss: this (keep on doubling)
for on field win is set to: 3 for doz1 and 4 for doz2

3. Fixed amount for doz1: 1, x2 for doz2, on win: see above, on loss: 2, field win doz1: this, field win doz2: 4

4. x2 for doz1, fixed amount for doz2: 1, appropriate forks, on win: see 2, on loss: 2, field win doz1:3 field win doz2: this

After writing this, I think I should make an example strategy...

I certainly appreciate the help. Just to make sure we are on the same page.
How do I, upon a loss, keep doubling down but at a certain loss level split the loss to another bet to stop the double down for one bet.

My main problem is when one of the bets win and goes back to step 1, the one that lost goes back to step one instead of doubling that bet?
I am a beginner so please have patience:) Chris

English is not my first language, so you need to have patience too! ;-)

Do you mean the function + on win?
Your idea can't be done with that, it always calculates the bets for all chances of a step.

I try to pass the buck.

That is my problem. The + on win function does not work. I need to split the bets after I distributed the loss to continue on with a win and a loss?

Good luck with your roulette strategy idea
